Referral Process

Our agency provides both group home and independent housing for persons with severe and persistent psychiatric illnesses. Our group homes range from transitional to long-term and provide services to both MICA and non-MICA consumers.
Thank you for your interest in Project Live, Inc (PLI). PLI provides residential services to individuals with mental illness. These services range from 24 hour, supervised, group homes to independent living.

Application Procedure:

  1. Referrals may be made by a referring source or the prospective tenant him/herself
  2. Applicant will be asked to sign release of information during first interview, to enable Project Live to obtain background information.
  3. The Community Support Services Director will schedule an interview with the applicant if he/she meets the eligibility criteria. If the applicant does not meet eligibility criteria, the referring source will be notified in writing stating the reason for refusal.
